Scherzi a parte, this site is not really finished and I don 't know if it ever will be.It's hopefully a kind of work in progress that tries to give an idea of what I try to do in reality. But it is also interesting for me as it makes me aware of what seems to work in a photo and what not. I have promised myself to write a little comment to most of the photographs as I don't know how they will be read, as usually I find it difficult to understand in other peoples photographs of gardens, what they did themselves and what was already there. But as it is high spring while I am writing this my comments will have to wait for a less busy gardening season.

I'd like to thank the many clients who trusted me to do something pretty around their homes and especially Paolo Chellini, great gardener from whom I learnt most, then Serena Ristori and Diego Burchianti who look after several of these gardens with love and dedication.

And especially I'd like to thank Marta who has helped me a lot with the gardens during the last 10 years.
